Projects under construction in CityPlace include campuses for ABS, HP, Marriott CityPlace hotel and the CityPlace Plaza, a public plaza designed with an amphitheatre for private and public events. Patrinely Group president and CEO Robert Fields in an announcement called CityPlace, "exactly the type of experience we are looking for and is a critical part of creating an 18-hour location." CityPlace is designed to contain 4 million square feet of office space with 400,000 square feet of integrated retail space. The 40-acre site combines shopping, working and living. Springwoods Village is home to Exxon Mobil and Southwestern Energy.
CityPlace is being developed by Patrinely Group, USAA Real Estate and CDC Houston.
